The retreat fee includes two exclusive classes, guided instruction, a custom stitch guide, beach-themed canvas, curated swag bag, retreat gatherings, and open stitch time throughout the week.

Step 2: Cindy reaches out to you personally for room choice & to place deposit. Only $400 deposit per room, final payment due by November 16, 2026

Tropical View Rooms for three nights start at:

• $1163.25 per person, based on quad occupancy
• $1427.25 per person, based on triple occupancy
• $2009.25 per person, based on double occupancy
• $3981 for a solo room

After completing your retreat registration through Needleworx, our travel partner Cindy will contact you directly to walk you through available room options and accommodations.

You may upgrade to solo occupancy or to Ocean Views, Concierge Rooms or even Butler rooms (ask Cindy what that all includes).  This resort has over 60 room categories, it’s all up to you and your stitching besties!

Yes, and many people do. Retreats are such a beautiful way to connect with fellow stitchers, and we intentionally create a welcoming environment for everyone. You may also come with friends, a spouse, mother-daughter, sisters, or even stitch club besties!

No. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Turks & Caicos.

Yes. Guests are welcome to arrive early or extend their trip after the retreat dates, depending on resort availability. Make sure to include something about make sure to let Cindy know your dates you wish for.

Not at all. Stitchers of all experience levels are welcome. The retreat is designed to be approachable, encouraging, and enjoyable whether you are newer to needlepoint or have been stitching for years.

Each attendee will receive a specially selected beach-themed canvas along with a custom stitch guide created for the retreat experience. You are also welcome to bring any other WIPs to work on as you wish. 

Absolutely. While there will be scheduled classes and gatherings, the retreat is intentionally designed with plenty of relaxed stitching time built in. The resort will have so many beautiful places to stitch by the pool, under the palm trees, at an open-air restaurant, or even on your balcony.

Airfare.

The retreat will be led by Ellen McDonald (AKA Ellen McD Stitches on TT) She's a modern needlepointer and stitcher with more than 20+ years of experience, with instruction designed to feel approachable, creative, and inspiring.

Due to planning and supply commitments, retreat payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! it includes ALL beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and tea. All gratuities, transfers to and from the airport and the resort,and all resort activities!  This includes water sports, land sports, and entertainment!

Space is limited in order to keep the retreat intimate and connection-focused.

Once your retreat fee payment is completed through Needleworx, Cindy will reach out directly regarding room selection, resort accommodations, travel insurance and optional stay extensions.
